CAASS enables the school to create custom letter templates that merge individual student attendance, discipline, and fines statistics. The user simply runs a report that includes the desired criteria, and then clicks the “merge to letter” button. Next, the user selects the desired template and clicks print. CAASS also gives the user the option of documenting the event in each individual student’s record. The CAASS letter module is an efficient and effective tool that promotes compliance to home/school communication goals.
