Mr. Morrison was an educator in urban at-risk school environments for more than 25 years. Working in conjunction with researchers at the Johns Hopkins University and administrators and teachers at a Baltimore high school, he planned and implemented the first Ninth Grade Success Academy and acted as its principal for two years. He also was director of the Twilight School, an afternoon alternative school for severe at risk and incarcerated students. Prior to joining STM, Mr. Morrison also worked as a consultant to Johns Hopkins University in a number of large comprehensive high schools and has co-authored five books including Creating a Ninth Grade Academy and The Planning Year.
Mr. Johnson serves as Executive Director of Business Development and Vice President of Sales & Marketing. In these leadership roles Mr. Johnson is responsible for all Sales initiatives of the company. He also oversees strategic partnerships and market research. Mr. Johnson works closely with school district leadership to allow STM to best serve their customers. Mr. Johnson has 10+ years of experience in the Information Technology industry. Mr. Johnson has held Director of Information Technology, IT Manager, Engineer, and Administrator positions at several large companies and government institutions.
Mr. Sarver provides leadership to the development team that is responsible for the architecture and development of all software. As a member of the company leadership team, Mr. Sarver works to develop products inline with the strategic direction of the company. Mr. Sarver has 15+ years of experience in the Information Technology industry. Mr. Sarver has held IT Administrator, Project Director and Project Manager Positions at several companies overseeing all aspects of the technology projects he’s been involved with including projects for SC Johnson, Wells Fargo, Adecco, Nortel, AOC, Donegal, McCrory's, Primex, AMP, PA State Education, and Unisys to name a few. Mr. Sarver has personally been responsible for managing and implementing numerous Delivery, Internet and Application projects.
Ms. Crist is a member of the company’s leadership team and is all the head of the company ethics board. Ms. Crist oversees and manages all customer support and field services, including its help desk. Ms. Crist also is responsible for installation and training for new and existing customers. Ms. Crist has received formal training on AS400, various Microsoft products, and various IBM solutions, and is certified by the AMA on technology management. Ms. Crist possesses over 20 years of experience in technology and project management.
Mr. Pecht brings years of business experience to the company’s leadership team. Mr. Pecht will oversee all areas of accounting and also will serve as the company’s in-house counsel. Mr. Pecht is the founding member of the law firm Pecht & Associates, PC and concentrates his practice in business and corporate law, special needs planning, and estate planning and estate administration. Mr. Pecht is also a licensed CPA. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Dickenson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University and his LLM in taxation from Georgetown University.
Mr. Liberto serves as Director of Customer Relations, oversees customer advocate support, technical and enhanced training. Mr. Liberto also manages customer relationships, formation of user groups, and creation of customer surveys. Mr. Liberto possesses over 42 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. Mr. Liberto has held Customer Support Manager, Business Manager, and Operations Manager. Mr. Liberto is certified in TSS and SASI, student information software systems.
